This song was made with Vocaloid, which is basically an artificial voice program. I’ve tried using it before; it is HARD. It also only comes in Japanese (to my knowledge, at least), so if that’s an issue for you, it’s even worse. You are given a set of voice clips and empty sheet music, and people manage to make great songs out of it. I found this song through osu!, and you can download the beatmap for the song here. (It’s challenging but it’s worth it.)

I have a copy of Vocaloid with another character, Megurine Luka. While Miku and Kaito only have Japanese sound sets, Luka has English along with the Japanese. Maybe if I have some luck with it, I can post up my own ridiculous creations. Haha.
