I’m essentially on vacation from today until Thursday, August 12th, so I may not update every weekday until then, but I’ll try.

No, Thank You is the latest ending song from the anime K-On!!, which is one of my favorites, though I admit I have to catch up on the current season. I think this is one of the best and strongest songs to come out of the show yet.

This is Namie Amuro’s newest single, Break It. She’s one of my all-time favorite jpop artists, and I’ve also written about her before. Forgive the low quality, and go check it out! (Added geek note: this is an HTML5 player, so let me know if you have any issues with it.)

Morning Musume is a popular girl group in Japan with rotating members, where some girls “graduate” and move on, and new ones come and replace them. Most of their hits depend on their being cute and sweet, so I was a bit taken aback by this single.
